Order Handling Time

All orders received will be processed and despatched within 24-48 business hours, dependant on the shipping service you have chosen. Please note orders are not picked, shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, or there are any restrictions due to Covid 19 causing delays, you will be notified by email.

2. Standard Post Orders Under $65

3. Express Post Orders ( Shipping speed) 1-2 Business Days) $15

Delivery delays can occasionally occur as per United States Postal Service standard terms and conditions.

Confirmation & Order Tracking

A shipment confirmation email will be received once your order has been shipped and will contain your tracking number.

Local Delivery Orders - You will be contacted by text, email, or phone to discuss a pickup location within the Sacramento or Rancho Cordova pickup location. Any further locations accesses a travel fee of $8.95
